Centro has agreed to a transaction where we will purchase the assets of Pump Systems, Inc. from the family of Van Dalton, the former president and sole shareholder of the company, who passed away in December. This acquisition will provide immediate access to product support, pricing, and credit terms for customers of Pump Systems. Centro has assembled a team to ensure customers receive the same service and support they came to expect from Pump Systems.

Centro to Acquire Assets of Pump Systems Inc.
Centro Inc., a flow control market leader for over 50 years, announced it has agreed to acquire the assets of Pump Systems from the family of Van Dalton. The acquisition will provide immediate access to product support, pricing, and credit terms for customers of Pump Systems.

Centro Inc. has purchased the assets of Pump Systems. This acquisition provides immediate access to product support, pricing and credit terms for Pumps System's loyal customer base - which was very important to Van Dalton's family during this transition process.

Centro is an established distributor and sales representative company with over 50 years of focus on flow control products, pumps, and seals. Centro is a distributor for Pump Systems' largest vendor, Mosherflo, and can offer service, support, and pricing for the Mosherflo product line. Pump Systems and the Centro team have collaborated to make the handoff from Pump Systems to Centro as smooth as possible. This includes assembling a team to ensure Pump Systems' customers receive immediate access to product support, pricing, and credit terms.
Every Pump Systems customer will receive a letter and email from Centro with contact information for their team. The Pump Systems team will complete all orders before this January 31st announcement in NC. All orders placed through Centro starting February 1, 2023, will be completed by the Centro team.
