Centro Inc. of Memphis TN has announced the acquisition of the Memphis operations of Trigon Engineering of Little Rock. The Arkansas operations of Trigon Engineering will continue to operate under the leadership of Gary Lee, founder and president of Trigon Engineering Co.


Trigon Engineering of Memphis specialized in sales and service of Industrial Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Valves and Cooling Towers sold to customers in Northern Mississippi, Eastern Arkansas and Western TN.

 

Centro Inc., founded in Memphis in 1970, is a specialty representative and distributor company focusing on customers in the Process Flow Market in Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Northern Alabama and Northern Louisiana. With the acquisition of Trigon Engineering’s Memphis operations the company will serve customers through five focused divisions:

 
  •  Instrumentation & Automation Division
  •  Valve, Actuation & Engineered Products Division
  •  Process Filtration Division
  •  Compressed Air Division
  •  Pump & Seal Division
 

The Memphis operations of Trigon Engineering will become part of the Centro operations in Memphis and all Trigon employees will be joining the Centro team.

Headquartered in Memphis, TN and with additional technical stocking facilities in North Little Rock, AR, Shreveport, LA and Nashville, TN, the acquisition of the Memphis operations of Trigon Engineering now gives Centro Stocking & Service Facilities in Memphis for an expanded offering of industrial pumps, industrial seals, heat exchangers, valves and cooling towers.

 

The addition of sales and service in Durco/Flowserve pumps and other pump vendors formerly represented by Trigon Engineering broadens the offerings of the rapidly growing Centro.
