We specialize in various products across six disciplines: Automation & Robotics, Instrumentation, Measurement, & Control, Process & Sanitary Equipment, Filtration & Process Systems, Pump & Seal, and Valve Actuation & Engineered Products. Our clients include chemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and power and energy companies. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and knowledge by helping our clients find the best industrial solutions for their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Prospect and identify potential clients through market research, networking, and vendor sales leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate solid and long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to exceed their expectations.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a working knowledge of the comprehensive Centro products and services and be able to articulate their unique value propositions to clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate customer contact information and record sales activities via the Centro CRM system.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience in industrial distribution or related fields.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Able to engage with clients through strong verbal and written communication.
  • Driven and Motivated: Self-starter who is highly motivated to exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Establish rapport and trust with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other tools for success.
